An office move is judged on one thing: whether people can sit down and work the next morning. We plan backwards from that. Before the day we agree a floor plan, a labelling system and a loading order, and we check the building rules at both ends: lift bookings, loading bay slots and any insurance certificates the building manager wants.
We regularly move small teams of five to thirty people, retail units, clinics and studios. Most jobs run on a Friday evening or over a weekend. We bring crates or boxes, wrap screens and computers, take down and rebuild desks and pedestals, and set furniture out to the plan.
Pricing
Office moves are almost always quoted as a fixed price after a site visit, because the building access matters as much as the volume. Small moves of a few desks can be booked at our hourly rates.

Once you’re happy, we lock in the date and time.
The crew does a quick walk-through with you, lays floor protection, wraps furniture, takes apart anything that needs it, and loads the van so everything is strapped in.

Yes, that’s how most of our office moves run. Evenings after 6pm and weekends carry a small surcharge, which is shown on our prices page.
We unplug, wrap, label and move all equipment, and plug desktops back in at the new desks. Network and server work should be done by your IT provider, and we’re happy to work around them.
Yes. Let us know the building manager’s requirements when you book and we’ll send the certificate ahead of the move.
