How we handle rubbish & house clearance
Most moves create a pile of things nobody wants to take: the broken wardrobe, the spare mattress, the garage full of paint tins. We can clear it before, during or after your move so you’re not paying to transport things you’ll only throw away.
We also do full clearances for landlords, estate agents and families dealing with a relative’s home. Usable furniture goes to charity or reuse where we can, and the rest goes through licensed waste sites.

What does it cost?
Clearances are priced on volume and the type of waste, plus our time. Mattresses, fridges and some electrical items carry extra disposal fees. Photos help us give a firm quote.

Rubbish & House Clearance questions
What can’t you take?
We can’t take asbestos, chemicals, gas bottles or clinical waste. Paint and some electricals can be taken at extra cost.
Do you recycle?
Yes. We sort as we load, and anything usable is offered to charity or reuse schemes first.
Can you clear and clean in one visit?
Yes. Pair a clearance with our end-of-tenancy cleaning and the property can be handed back the same day.
